    Intense ruby red colour tending towards purplish blue, it has a full and fragrant bouquet with a very intense herbaceous aroma reminiscent of raspberry and blueberry. Dry, robust-bodied, moderately tannic and sapid. Refinement gives it elegance and an ethereal fragrance.

    FOOD PAIRING

    It is primarily a wine for cold meats. As for the Friulian cuisine, it goes well with donkey stew or horse meat cooked in various ways, with wild duck, and with grilled mushrooms.
