    Straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights. Pleasant and extremely elegant fragrance, rich in hints of wildflowers, Artemisia, cherry tree, apricot and apple. Our experience tells us that aging extends the bouquet to scents of meadow herbs, aromatic leaves, dried fruit.

    Aperitif wine, suitable for a wide range of low-fat appetizers. As for the Friulian cuisine, it can be paired with soups, egg dishes, oily fish or freshwater fish (also fried).
