Faded straw-yellow colour tending towards greenish colour. Bone-dry, fresh, vinous, and rich in acidity. Reminiscent of all hints of lemon and orange flowers. It conveys a pleasant feeling of freshness on the palate.
Cold starters with sweet and sour sauces, vegetables, delicate fish and fried fish, soups (especially vegetable cream soups). Excellent as an aperitif.
